This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Rebel Road Solutions ("Company") for the use of the Rebel Sync App ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this Agreement to any other party.

• Modify or create derivative works of the App.

 

3. Ownership

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

 

6. Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

 

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the App and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
